Dear Team
I did a recharge of Rs. 499.
The recharge got failed due to airtel app technical fault. Now they are not refunding the money and asking me to wait for 10 days.
Now the concern is my pack expires tomorrow, why should I pay additional 499 with a doubt that it might fail again and that money also gets stuck.
They are not even processing the recharge of which amount is debit from my accout nor are they providing any other instant solution.
the question arises why would a customer recharge again knowing the fact the first attempt failed and the company did not provide any solution to that
