Sir,
I have recharged my mobile for Rs.2398 /- for the purpose of annual subscription on 23.8.2020 through ICICI credit card payment.(Ref no.4457669308)(failed tran I’d is 0011222).This amount was debited from the account however recharge was failed and also evenafter 12 this amount was not refunded nor the recharge was not successful.
Kindly take this matter as most urgent and do the needful at the earliest for refund or recharge .
