Hi,
This is to inform, had booked the new giga fiber connection 10days ago and now jio failed to provide the connection. several calls there is no solution. Now it is the situation that, the persons neither picking up the calls nor reverting.
earlier every time when called, they provided the excuses, not no answer. as committed, within 4hrs the connection to be provided after the work order, but now they failed to answer the call. And not even proving the connection.
