I tried booking gas cylinder via Airtel App on 12th Aug 21. The booking got failed but the amount got deducted from my account. Airtel App doesn’t show this transaction neither the customer service is able to find this transaction. Airtel is not accepting the transaction ref no which I have in my cc statement.
Please help me get the payment reversed? Or let me know how to proceed with this.
