Text of Complaint by Kara:

have prime delivery. was suppose to receive a package on August 5th. didnt come. August 6th, the USPS left me a note in my mailbox stating that they couldnt fit this huge package in my mailbox and that i needed to set up a redelivery date. rescheduled the date for august 7th, never showed up on August 7th. now Amazon is telling me that I need to wait until Wednesday August 11th to request a refund on items I never received.
