Issue –
I booked a flight from Flipkart Bangalore to Delhi on the 14th of January around 11:30 AM and the booking failed but money got debited from my account. And it was not even reflecting in the pending order. It failed directly.
Then I called customer care and they said your booking failed and you will receive your money back within 8 working days.
Then I had to book another ticket after 1 hour and 30 mins. But the same day after 10 hours the failed booking was also confirmed and I didn’t even receive any confirmation on my email and on my mobile number and no one called me and asked to confirm it. So tell me how am I supposed to know that they have confirmed a failed booking? And I was waiting for my refund now.
Because I already booked another flight, now what did I do with two flights on the same day? I want a full refund for this flight. It is not my fault. Flipkart customer team has confirmed that my booking has been failed and I will receive my refund within 8 days. and in the flipkart application also it was reflecting failed only.
I’m not receiving any positive response from flipkart. The problem was from their side and now my money is gone. It’s not even a small amount. It is 5167rs. I wasted my hours on customer care. Please help me out. Thanks
