Dear Sir /Mam ,
this is to inform you that we have try to book our flight tickets in Mumbai to bangalore but tickets not booked after three times try and all time our amount should be debit 4465 in three times and total amount is 13395 and after three days amount is credit our bank only 4465 remaining amount is pending last 1 week .
Pending amount due _ 4465 .
i have try to call in customer care same issued but not connected for few days .
please resolved theses issued as soon as possible and credit amount for same account number .
this is festival seasons we need our amount for celebrating in diwali.
