I had applied for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber Fixed Line number. 02249793155 on 27.05.2020. Advance rental of Rs. 2828.00 was paid via transaction No. 527524843.
Unfortunately, due to some technical problems the connection was not possible and a cancellation order was placed by the sales rep with full refund. Then, I spoke to a customer care rep, who assured me that the money will be returned within a week. Now, I have not received back the amount paid for the failed connection. Contacted many times the sales personnel who helped me to arrange the new connection but no result. Kindly make arrangements for refund of Rs. 2828.00 at the earliest.
