I have booked ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai on Nov 08.01.2022. After booking i received mail that you have to wait 30 minutes for confirmation but after 5 minutes i received mail from travelook that ticket has been cancelled by airlines and you will get refund in 3 to 7 days. But i did not receive the receive the amount till date. Everytime i call they either hangup or say it will be credited in 48hrs. They appear to be doing the same with many by going through the review of Travolook Agency.
