I installed Airtel Xstream Black box on 27 Dec 2022, under plan Rs.699, it is not working properly from starting. Colours are very disturbing and many channels which are mentioned in plan are not available. As per promise free Sony LIV and Amazon Prime is not playing. I did 8 times complaint, two times persons from Airtel came and checked for problem. But they are unable to resolve the same.
As the airtel person Rajkumar Giri who offered me that plan promised me to refund my full amount, if there is any problem. But now he is deny for the same. On customer care number they are not responding properly. Persone name Shahid one of the senior gave me words that if today they will fail to resolve the issue, he will initiate my refund. But as usual they are group of cheaters. He is not receiving my issue or trying to ignore. After spending so many hours on calls, iwant to return this box and I want my full refund of Rs. 1501 With Compensation.
