Dear Sir,/Madam,
I had received a what’s app message from FACTUAL OFFICIAL from 8198064462 for filling of 500 forms for 40 rupees each. They had collected photo and signed copy over online form and attached it on the agreement copy and sent out over e-mail. They didn’t inform about terms and conditions. Later I tried to reach out to them to discuss the terms and conditions but they didn’t respond me and now their advocate has called me to pay penalty of 7500/- or else the legal action will be given.
Request you to kindly take necessary actions on it. There are many job sneakers falling in the trap.
