I have ordered 2 cargo pants in an online website named FACTION HUT ( Fashion Bonanaza)
The product was delivered by ship rocket Ekart..price of the product is 899 (COD)
But the product that i received was 2 old used teared shirts with a dirty smell. All the QR codes and Barcodes of that packaging was error. The inner side of the parcel has another invoice of other person. Now the return option is also not there…plzz help me.. struggled a lot to earn this money..i don’t need any compensation.. atleast I want my 899 rupees. Plz help me
