I have ordered something in 19th September, received it around 2 or 3 October. Then because of size issue returned it on 6th October. Refund initiated on 7th October. Refund credited to my original payment method on 12th October. But still didn’t received the amount. Called the customer care more then 7 times all have different answers. They are literally mentally torturing me.
