I have been using airtel for over 2 years now. It has always been a smooth and trouble free experience.
But in recent weeks the network outage at my home where I used to receive 3 mbps speed has been so much that I can’t even open the my airtel app to register a complaint. It has been a serious problem for me and I have been unable to perform my daily classes. Airtel does not have a desiccated number to talk to customer service and I can’t even open the airtel thanks app.
If you would consider my request and help me out I would be forever grateful.
Airtel has not been responding to any of my problems, and they don’t even have the option to talk to customer support personnel on their toll free number.
The only way to post a complaint of slow internet is to run airtel thanks app that requires you to have fast internet that looks cynical and sarcastic to a customer’s face. And even so when I was able to lodge a complaint it showed me the resolution time of 15 weeks or more which sounds as cynical as their complaint system. I tried contacting them by email multiple times but to no avail.
I feel like airtel sucked my money dry. I hope you consider my complaint and take necessary actions.
