We have purchased voltas beko washing machine in last September 2020 and we have faced multiple problem since purchasing.  we are facing major issue since may 2021 month. We had logged call on 15th May 2021 as complain no 210515055895 and this problem is not solved till yet  and many times service center engineer and franchisee manager  have visited my house multiple times due to multiple issues. This problem is not solved till yet. they  had replaced spin motor after 15 days and my machine was completely shutdown for 15 days . Recently on 23rd June 2021 they had replaced wash motor and since it was not taking load.  there  is also problem of gear box. since they had replaced company spin motor with local motor and now it has been burnt on 24th June 2021.

on 25th June 2021 service center has visited and he has made video of fume coming from burnt spin motor. Service center engineer and manger has tried for 5 to 6 times to repair it but issue is not resolved and it is required for replacement.  Now i have tried to call sales head of voltas beko and owner of Service Center: MAHADEV AIRCOOL SERVICES but i did not get visibility from him  and i don’t have information whether they have submitted report for replacement and i don’t know by when they will provide replacement.

This washing machine is under warranty and  now it is require to replace with good quality of washing machine and we are  badly facing issue with this washing machine. This washing machine is completely shutdown since 24th June 2021

Old cases 210515055895 , 21062502097 are closed without resolution

Now i have logged new case 21062502246 with them.
