Facing issue with my CIBIL score due to Flipkart Pay Later Facility mistake (Below is description)
The issue I have been facing this for a year now. And have complained to Flipkart Customer Support plenty of times, as well as with the escalation team at Flipkart. But they are not solving this issue. I have purchased clothes and other materials from Flipkart using the Flipkart Pay Later EMI Facility. I have paid all these EMIs on time each month to Flipkart, but Flipkart is not paying these EMIs to the lender bank, IDFC First Bank. Actually, whenever we purchase anything using the Flipkart Pay Later EMI option on Flipkart, it creates our personal loan account with IDFC First Bank. Since Flipkart is not paying further to the bank, it’s affecting my CIBIL score, which has drastically decreased. This is completely my financial loss due to Flipkart Private Limited. But now, one year later, Flipkart has not resolved this issue yet. I need financial support from banks, but all banks have denied me any kind of loan. I am getting more frustrated day by day, because of my huge financial loss. I hope you will have some way out of this. Please help me solve my issue.
