Suddenly my Internet connectivity changed to 2g network since that time my Internet is not connecting in 4g mode I raised a complaint through airtel thanks app. I got a estimated date for resoving this issue from airtel side but it dint get resolved then I made a call to airtel customer care and raised a complaint thy told this will be rectified in particular time but it dint get resolved again I made a call to customer care then a customer care executive told me that there is a technical issue from airtel side so that my network changed to 2g mode so he suggested me to change my sim change by providing 50 rs I told him that why should I pay when the complaint is from airtel side then he connected my cal to his senior executive he told that this problem will be resolved by 12th of Dec 2023 but it didn’t so today 19 Dec 2023 I made a cal again to customer care the executive told that all the complaints raised from my side is closed but still I am facing same issue. I dono what to do in this
