We book regularly complain regarding facing internet issue in indor and also facing issue with outdoor in my locality area but still not resolved the issue

This complain booked on 05/2/22 bt now we check this complain status still showing processing and expected date showing 15/2/22 and today date is 16/2/22.
So pls suggest we port my prepaid sim to other company or not ??? Due to still not resolve this issue. We complain booked that time netwrk working fine but after some day facing same interest issue with airtel prepaid. How can we satisfied and use completely internet with high speed for my work???
