From last 10 days i am facing too much dis-connectivity of internet. i called customer care many times,they just allotted the engineers but the engineers are not able to find up the solution for the issue. they are saying other connections are working fine, don’t know why you are getting this issue.

They are just trying hit and trial methods. first they told me to degrade my plan, i did. then they changed the whole copper wire, not worked. whatever they told i did  everything but still no solution for the actual problem.

they even told me not to raise SR complain, if you have problem just call us. why?

They also told in your colony the box is faulty so it will not support 16mbps also, so now they are saying to degrade to 8mbps.

I need connection for professional work not for entertainment. if i will get 8mbps speed then what is the use of broadband connection. According to engineers if the box is faulty then why Airtel is not changing that box so customers can get better services.

i just request to airtel please take this mail serious and give permanent solution ASAP.
