Hi,
I am facing big problem while using 4g or 3g data and calling issue on my number “7053897842”. It is showing and 3g or 4g symbol besides the network but if i go to any website or app. It displays that the internet connection is not available. Also if someone is call on my number, it is getting switched off most of the time or my voice is not properly reached to that person. Please do the needful.
I have complained multiple times for the same. But the issue is not resolved yet. No one is taking any initiative from their end. Even I have already replaced my Airtel SIM twice as per care executive. And now i got very much fed up with all this going on. It is going bad experience instead i am your valuable customer since years (as i think).
This internet issue have also effected my some of the payment as the payment got stuck somewhere and my amount got deducted from my account. However, i can handle this.
So, it would be very much thankful to you if you just look into this and help me to get this resolve.
