I ordered Airpods on 18 June 2020 order no 31494 but till order not received. I investigate faceonfiesta site then I found faceonfiesta it’s Surat Gujarat base site and owner is Raz Sari Bhandar but problem is that so many people are registered or doing business in same name…so not locate correct one.
