Iam Kukkala Abhishek, availed loan(loan no: LM03488807) from the application mobikwik and my emi of Rupees;1382.00 should be ayed by 5th of every month .But i had tried to pay my emi on 05.02.2024 but the application had not responded and diaplayed as technical error which i took a screen shot of the technical error .This is not my first time facing this issue regarding payment of my emi on time.by today i.e, on 06.02.2024 the application is responding and showing a penality of rs.638.92 . Please conisder my request and find a solution as iam unable to pay the penality bcause it is not my fault, it is the fault of the application or bank.
