This is to inform you that, my customer ID is 10000305283, and we consume domestic electric supply from CESC (Kolkata), and the electricity bill for the month of June 2020 has been charged with 12,490/-, whereas the average consumption is less than 3,000 every month. With no extra appliances added to our home, this has proved us to be a shock, and sounds illegal as it states that 1024 units have been consumed from our end.
Kindly help us resolve this as inspite of seeking help from CESC authorities, they have said that this amount has to be paid from our end, as ity has been calculated at their end.
We find this charge unlawful, and illegal in terms of all our consumption average.
I therefor pray to you to kindly make an assessment of all our previous consumptions and even current month’s consumption, and provide us a resolution against this illegal charge, so that we could get the fair bill and pay the same as a responsible citizen.
