On 4th March I have booked one suite room for 8-10 March for INR 6496. However, due to change of plans I cancelled on 5th March. It was mentioned that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. 24-48 hours to initiate. Today is 14th March. Today is 9th day and the refund is still not processed. My credit card bill is getting generated and it’s not refunded even.
