I made an advance booking thru Fab Hotels for Santoor Hotel Indore from 2nd July to 6th July for 2 rooms and made the payment vide my Citi bank credit card. When I contacted Santoor hotel for confirmation I was informed that they are no more affiliated with Fab Hotels and can do direct booking with them and cancel my booking with Fab hotels. I did so and now when I am following up for a refund they asked me for the details of my credit card statement which I provided them. Still they are in no mood of refund. I am struggling to get my unused money for this stay.
Please help.
