Dear team

I had booked a hotel through Fab customer service at FabEscape Kristal Sands Beach Resort With Pool, Calangute, Goa. Booking details👇

Booking ID: MZJDUK
Check-in: 30 Sep’23, 12:00 PM PM onwards
Check-out: 02 Oct’23, 11:00 AM AM or before

Unfortunately the hotel refused to check-in saying this hotel has been discontinued with Fab a month ago. The fab team is unaware and taking mass bookings of this property Kristal Sand which is no longer a part of fab chain. We had to suffer mentally and physically which was an awful experience. Booking cancelled at the very last moment was a shameful and troublesome experience. We searched 4 hours for another property but got none due to the connecting long weekend. Due to Fab hotel negligence and lack of information, we ended up paying 4x more the cost for a property 1 hrs away from the one which we had booked. End result: Spoiled itinerary, day, time, and money. We would need a compensation and immediate attention. Total Fab hotel cost was Inr.4500 and a token of 1125 was paid by me. Fab refunded my token after 6 days but did not arrange for an alternate stay nor did they bear the expenses of my hotel which I had to book. I would need a compensation for the hotel I had to book by paying 4x extra money from my pocket and the mental suffer I had to go through being stranded on the road.
