Dear Sir,
I have ordered Krypton V7 tab on 14th June 2020 via ezeephone website and paid online of Rs.3599/-. But yet it is not received or not any confirmation mail from ezeephones. I have see some fraud news regarding ezeephones.
Please do the needful and help me on this issue.

Hi sir,
I ordered a Krypton tab two days before. Paid 3999.20 rs via Paytm through ezeephone portal. Since there is no response.
I saw a very good offer on google for Tablet PC. Hence, ordered krypton M8 Tab 10 inch 4gb+64gb, camera 16 mp front, 8mp rear+4g voice calling tablet(Wifi calling) by paying Rs 3999.20 through ezeephone portal. Payment made through PayTm portal on June 19, 2020 13:43:54 with REF# 30228238462. Hence, received confirmation through SMS (QP-ONLODR) on 06/19/2020 at 13:44 PM.
However, i mentioned all my details including my email address.
Tried to get the phone number of Customer care. After digging deeper found a number of it’s customer care representative RITIK AGRWAL PH: +919369723323. His email address: ritik731881@gmail.com. As per truecaller his location is Uttar Pradesh East, India. The guy was also a scammer. He listened all the details and took each and every details. After getting all, he took all the detail of my Paytm & Bank Account. But, he couldn’t get successful as I already empty my bank account. he just went by every way to loot me through online by giving me faith of refund. But, it couldn’t happen as the account was empty.
Now waiting to get refund this as I already got looted. Can someone help me on this?
