I had ordered one tab krypton p 10 vide sms received of CONFIRMED Order order id 1725742013 with prepaid amount of 3599 but did not receive any confirmation email. They even do not have any helpline no. But internet had one mobile which was picked by one Mr. MAHESH AGARWAL who checked for my order online and confirmed of payment of 3599 received on 4/6/20. He also confirmed on the same call of dispatching same immediately so as to be received by me within three days .
Yesterday 5/6/20 on calling him many times he picked the call 11th time to tell me that he did not know my order status and dispatch information and confirmed to get back to me but since he did not get back on 6/6/20 but he even after 20 times calling did not purposely pick up call.
I have paid the above order vide payu id no. 10459486799 .
I need to know whether I m getting my tab or has been fooled by this company which it looks is pretty sure.
His support email is also fake.
