Orders get easily placed on the ezeephone website through the payU money wesite and after that no conformation is done whether the order is placed or not .On contacting Ezeephone they ask for bank details, Googlepay details or ask for forwarding of SMSs . If not done so then there is no refund , exchange or delivery option available . The costumer service talks rudely and cut the call after this . The product can’t be delivered due to payment gateway technical issues is the reason given by the ezeephone costumer care services.
Thus payU money and Ezeephone are together freely looting the innocent public .
