Received today (27-11-22) a defective reading glass with scratches.
The invoice number is 23414EZS and order dated 21 Nov 2022.
Please return ASAP the defective product and refund for the same Rs 1199.

I also paid and received Standard reading glass, and not the so-called photochromatic Progression, auto Focus spectacles as they advertised. Now they have not replied to me email, nor can I find the address to return the product. The Telephone number is not correct. This Company Looks as if is not real.
I have paid(Cash on Delivery) and received wearing glasses on 28-3-2023 by courier(SMARTR). The Ad they shown on Facebook of reading glasses was without frame but i got glasses with frame. Whatever they are shown in the Ad on Facebook is glasses without frame. They have cheated me. My invoice no 4770 . order no 4770 dated 28-3-2023. I have email them about this but till now no response. They gave cell no 9599194361 but It is switch off. They have cheated me. Please take action them.
