Hello Sir,
I have ordered smart phone named krypton from ezee phone website, payment has been made through online as that was the only option reflecting during checkout and mentioned that no cod option is available due to current corono situation., So I proceeded with online payment through HDFC credit card and placed my order. my amount 3999Rs has been debited from card and received a msg for payment confirmation and order ID#. attached the screenshot
No delivery details or tracking details mentioned on website or msg. Upon checking the website I see that it is fake website and a big scam. There is no customer care number anywhere on website. On website there is option which says contact us, but there is no phone number, its just the address which is there from UP state
Sir, I request you to catch hold of this company and arrest these bastards who are cheating customers and playing with customers. money during this pandemic crisis. Please have my payment refunded ASAP
