I am ordered a product due to delay delivery I raised a complaint they responded that they unable to deliver the product so I told to cancel and refund the amount, finally they delivered the product today without informing me 10-12-2019 by DTDC,that product is a duplicate product which I got, and not at all working so I like to return the product but I unable to contact them they are not responding properly also so I like to return which the product not feeling good my order number is1851410441
