1- Dark Screen – Even after complaining about dark screen they refuse to accept their mistake and say that the movie print is like that only.
2- Ticket Price – Even After Dark Screen And Sound Issues The Ticket Prices are high even higher than pvr & inox
3- A.C. – After complaining several times still the lobby ac & theater screen ac is not working properly we have complaint several times still. I have complaint several times to the sambalpur manager Pitambar Sahu & CEO Gautam, they have seriously ignored the issue and asks us to not watch movie if we are having issue . Ticket prices are as high as 400 rupess without ac working properly and dark screens
