No internet, no info given beforehand. All telephone numbers found in the web in kolkata are useless. Sometimes taped voice responds, but asks for successfully resolved Sr no in the last 90 days, which I do not have. Is the service in kolkata a joke?
Moreover, somebody called from airtel in kolkata informing me that he would come around a given time to replace my Line with optical fires. but did not show up. This happened more than once in the last 7-10 days. This is simply horrible to say the list.
Calling for the last 2-3 hrs to find out when my Internet will be restored, but I have to give up now and think of writing to the concerned department of the government and newspaper. And also severing my relationship with you for around 2 decades.
