From the last few months, the internet speed has drastically reduced. Sometimes it becomes 1kb/s. This is not okay given the price of the Jio services has increased too. Note that there are other services available at low cost and better internet services. And what is this behaviour that I can’t call out an advisor. All the numbers belong to automated services. Call me asap and fix this issue or else you are going to lose customers soon. And remember the consumer rights.
