Very rude customer support agent at Lenovo Service Centre in Goa. Extremely incompetent, lazy and arrogant support staff at Lenovo Goa Service center who does not listen to the customer at all. The agent assigned was rude and expected the customer to keep chasing them. When a complaint was filed with the Lenovo about this, they did nothing and for 2 weeks nothing has been done either to punish the customer service agent for his behaviour nor to resolve my camera issue on my laptop.
