Vidhi Panchamiya, the interior designer to whom we assigned our work of designing our house has worked in an extremely unprofessional manner. She has only visited the site thrice and has not co ordinated with the contractor or the workers. Despite being her team, She works on a condition that she shall not speak to the persons working under her, meaning the plumber, carpenter, etc. As a result of which the contractor, Me. Ashoke Waghela carried out work as and how he wishes to and Vidhi is never aware about anything. Despite several request, she refuses to attend calls or meet in person despite taking the entire amount of money. Whenever there is an issue relating to the house, she wastes time, i.e. minimum one month totally and does not bother to turn up at the site to even check the issue. She is absolutely untrustworthy and unprofessional. All the material used or suggested by her which is purchased by the contractor is of low quality despite taking the entire amount from us for the same. Vidhi and her team has caused us mental harassment to senior citizens by begging and pleading her to come to the site during the time when the work was being done. Vidhi is not open to client discussion and does not consider views of the client, at all. She is absolutely lazy in her work and unprofessional to the core. She takes the entire amount of money but does not pay heed to the work being done. She has innumerable excuses for not turning up at site and not rectifying her mistakes. Mr. Ashoke Waghela, the contractor is absolutely lazy and stubborn to the core. There is no co ordination between the Designer and the Contractor as a result of which the client has to suffer. Vidhi is spoiling the reputation of Livspace where she used to work by working in an unprofessional manner. She has caused us mental trauma by her unethical conduct and behaviour all these months.
