I have applied for a domestic single phase connection(TPN-10176643) from TPNODL on Aug 22 and after site verification by JE 2 pole was estimated and after pole install connection will be feasible to my premises.
I have paid the estimated 2 pole price on 10th Jan 23 but till now nither the pole install nor connection supply.
I have completed my house from Jan 23 but due to unavailability of power, me and my family can’t move to new house.
Now we are staying at on a rented house, unnecessarily we have to pay Rs-6000 rent per month.Both of my parents are senior citizens and my marriage has been fixed on 22th June 23.
Everytime ,when i cantacted to TPNODL customer care team via mail and phone no, their response will be like that “We are sorry for your convenience,we will forward your issue to the concerned department”.
After paying the pole amount, it’s already 4/5 months passed but due to these unprofessional and irresponsible TPNODL employees i am in a confusion mode
when pole will install?
When i will connection will feasible?
When i will Gruha Pravesh?
When i will shift my senior citizen parents?
Please help me urgently
