Dear Sir, I am an AIRTEL subscriber for the past two years. I am residing in Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. Since the past several months especially last three months I am not getting any network signal in my residence location.
I have submitted several complaints but they all have fallen on deaf years. Recently a site visit by Airtel technician was undertaken.
It was observed that the network was extremely poor at my location. However, the AIRTEL has refused to help me as they say that my monthly bill is below Rs 10,000.
This is a very unrealistic scenario and demand as no single individual can have such a high bill.
I humbly request you to help please. This amounts to cheating of customer as at the time of taking the Airtel connection I was never told that there would be no signal at my location.
