To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Myntra’s delivery service and the handling of my recent exchange request. I placed an order with Myntra and subsequently requested an exchange for one of the items. Unfortunately, the entire exchange process has been a source of immense frustration and inconvenience for me.
On two separate occasions, I reported the issue as the initial delivery person came but refused to exchange the product without providing any valid reason. After my second complaint, Myntra arranged for the pick-up of the product, but the exchange delivery was never fulfilled. To my dismay, my complaint was closed without my consent, falsely stating that the issue was resolved, which was far from the truth.
Desperate for a resolution, I contacted Myntra’s support center for the fourth time, expressing my frustration with the entire process. I requested the cancellation of the order and a refund for my payment, as I had not received the exchange product. To my disbelief, I was informed that a refund could not be initiated without the delivery of the product. This has left me deeply frustrated, as it seems that I am stuck in an endless loop of unresolved issues with your company.
I want to make it clear that this ongoing situation is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I now feel compelled to seek legal recourse through consumer complaints if my issue is not promptly addressed.
I urge you to take immediate action to arrange for the refund of the product I initially ordered, as it is evident that the exchange process has been mishandled and not resolved as claimed. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
