Instead of complaining to the customer care department of Airtel, my problem is not resolved.
Continuous dialling issues with the calling, out of every 5 call only 1 call works properly. The sender voice reached to me, but my voice is not being able to reach the sender, the phone shows dialling on the screen even after picking up the phone.
I have also purchased the new phone, still the problem is not resolved. The customer executive said there is a roaming issue so he cannot assure me to resolve this problem on a timeline.
