Airtel service disruption

Got Airtel internet connection in August 2019 paid all the bills, suddenly they started asking for extra Rs 632 payment for which I sent them the receipts.

In February the connection was suspended in between citing delayed payment before the month was over, till then I was very frustrated and asked to cut the connection and was ready to pay whatever they asked for my peace of mind…

Few days back I got call from one of the executives that he will help me in creating a a request to close the connection. Till date I have paid almost 1600 and today I got a call again that 570 rs are pending… Don’t know what I am dealing with
