Mr. Mishra,
I had 3 years AMC. Agamya took Rs. 4200/ It was Corona pandemic period Agamya Tepr gave me Service Card. But on 25.9.2021, Agamya Tel executive denied taken any amount and said my AMC has lapsed. I showed Service Card. Then she sent one Technician today on 24.11.2021. He falsely said that machine have some technical problem and asked Rs. 2800/. I sensed Iam being cheated and therefore asked him to Leave.
I called AquaGuard Company Technician. Immediately he came and said Machine is quite OK & working fine.
Why Agamya cheating customers? I lost Rs. 4200/ for my AMC for 3 years. I WANT IT BACK.
