Dear Sir
In my bill for postpaid no 9906088987 for April 20 there is extra charge of Rs.144/-. I have plan with unlimited calling , then how voice charges of ts144/- imposed.I am your loyal customer for approx 12 years and never paid any bill with delay. Now a days ,where people for using pre post sim, I am paying high bill every month. Besides this, I have more than 200 GB of data but has no use because it not work. Even I had to use wifi of my friends to pay your bill. It is shameful for both service user and service provider. I have no benefit of data. It is only accumulated. No use of data.
In sum do two things:
1. Waive off Rs144/_ otherwise I have no options but to use prepost of other provider with portability
2. If you want to retain me, make full tower to my location Block D, DDA Flats, Bakkerwala Loknayakpuram ,New Delhi
Keeping in view the revenue generated by me during 12 years, I think Rs144/- is not a big amount. Any wise customer care head will prefer to waive small amount and retain loyal customer.
Complains are always good source of correct market feedback
