Text of Complaint by Umesh Rane:

Dear Sir,

We are using Jio fiber service from last 3 years and happy with your services. We regularly make payment on monthly basis via My Jio app. But, when today I made the payment, even after selecting monthly payment option payment for 12 months got deducted from my bank account. Hence, may I request you to please refund the excess amount paid or cancel the payment at your side and then I will make the fresh payment of monthly invoice.
