मैंने अपने नं. की दूसरी सिम (Duplicate Sim) ली थी, जिसका चार्ज 50 रुपये है, लेकिन Airtel care ने मुझसे 100 रुपये लिये। मैंने Airtel मे complaint करनी चाही पर उन्होने यह कहकर नहीं लिखी कि पहले Retailer यानि Airtel care का Dealer की Detail जैसे उसका नाम, contact no. and address बताओ।
अब Airtel के पास अपने Dealers की Detail ही नहीं है.
