Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well.
This is to inform that in Muktaa2 Cinemas in Bhilai3, Durg, Chhattisgarh the ticket counter forcefully charge extra money then the ticket amount to sell their tickets. They say that they will give chocolates or popcorns or any other items in return to that extra money they are charging but they forcefully charge the extra amount for the tickets or else they ask us to go back and since I refused to pay the extra amount they didn’t give me tickets and made me go back without watching the movie.
Please help us to resolve this issue as this is happening with all the people living there and it is a kind of fraud & injustice happening with the common people.
