The driver was asking 400rs as an extra luggage fare for the foldable wheel chair and for the cardboard box weighing around 5-10kg. Inspite of booking 7 tickets of 390Rs/ticket we carried only 3 backpacks. When we wanted to raise this to their customers care we tried reaching them on +918653699865 but no response from them. This ride has caused me mental trauma of give them more than the ticket price for the luggage and disturbing my sleep half a way thru the journey.
