I was using Paytm postpaid and once I failed to pay on time due to technical glitch. After non-payment they charged with late fee of 590 on an outstanding amount of 2000 which is double amount of the norms. As per norms they can charge 250 + GST. I have complained the issue 7 time and there is still dormancy and increasing pending amount every month. I have paid them 3000 against a sanctioned amount of 2000 but they still asking me to clear dues which is the result of dormancy and extra charge by them
