I am having a bill issue against Airtel postpaid. They are charging me 490+tax against 13 GB which they are saying I’ve used after my 90 GB quota in my bill plan. Exactly when my 90 GB ended at around may 17, I’ve started using Jio sim for my data and not used a single day of data with Airtel. I’ve registered complaint 10 days ago and didn’t get any proper reply. I am a student and know how to save data and use it well so I don’t have to pay extra money as I have to use money carefully. I’ve seen many exact same cases of other postpaid users dealing with added internet charges without no reason. Please help me out consumer court. Thank you.
